    Attending In-Person


    How do I register? 

    Click ‘APPLY TO ATTEND IN-PERSON' in the toolbar at the top of the page. Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirming we have received your application. Please note, each application will undergo a review process conducted by the event organisers.


    How will I gain entry to the event?

    Once you have completed your registration, if successful you will receive a confirmation email containing details about attending the event and you will be added to our VIP list. When you arrive at the venue on the day, please show us your confirmation email or give your name, which will provide you entry to the event.


    Why can't I find any emails related to the event?

    Pass Queries


    What is the cancellation policy?  

    If you can no longer attend the briefing, please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team as soon as possible via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653. To find out more about cancellation fees please visit our FT Live Terms and Conditions page.


    Can I transfer or upgrade my pass?

    If you would like to transfer your pass to another person, please contact the FT Live Customer Services Team via email at ftlive@ft.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 775 6653.

    How do I get to the venue?

    The address of the venue can be found here, along with transport options and directions.


    Is the venue accessible? 

    We select our venues to ensure that all our events are as accessible as possible for our guests. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you will have the opportunity to indicate this when filling out the event registration form.

    Hospitality 


    Will food and drink be provided at the event?

    Yes, drinks and a light standing dinner will be provided at the event.


    I have dietary requirements, what should I do? 

    If you have any specific dietary requirements you will have the opportunity to state them when registering for the event.
